Delicious food, at a very convenient location. Highly recommended.
Khanh was very helpful and the food was excellent. The fried calamari was excellent. We also had fried chicken and nem chua qua, all of which tasted great! The bia hoi was tasty and inexpensive. The bbq oysters were fabulous. The front row seat for Hanoi madness was as good as it gets, especially during the national holiday.
The snails and clams with spicy sauce are just out of this world! The grilled squid was perfectly cooked. The green sauce is magic. We also ordered some fried rice and veggies - both are very good too. Came home really stuffed, and happy.
Just WOW! So fresh! So tasty! Reasonably priced! Khoa dep zai Was very helpful. 100% recommended.
Great place for the cheapest Bia Hoi that we could find. Right at the corner of a block, but a little away from Beer Street, so it's not too annoyingly crowded. The food and options were all great and the beer was flowing (no hangover or other regrets the next day). Service was really quick and friendly.
We tried the clams and oysters — they were incredibly fresh and juicy. Highly recommended! Personally, I felt the prices were a bit higher compared to local stalls, but the quality and freshness made it well worth it, especially as a tourist. We especially loved the fried onions and even asked the stall where they got them from — they kindly shared the shop’s location. The service was very friendly, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Hanoi.
The crab was excellent, although at VND517,000 (NZ$33, US$20 - sold by weight) was on the pricier side. The seafood noodles VND55,000 (NZ$3.5, US$2) were disappointing due to the discrepancy between the picture and as described by the server (only half a prawn, cut in two, a couple of pieces of squid and two other small pieces of seafood. Better value and tastier options available nearby. Staff were very friendly and it’s a lively spot to people watch in the old quarter
Went there based on reviews but found it just ok, nothing to shout about. Maybe is just normal to we Asian tongue !
